Structural Engineer -
Shivsanthosh Damodharan P.Eng
Shivsanthosh is a licensed Professional Engineer with 7 years of experience and a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from McGill University. He is passionate about holistic, sustainable, and data-driven design, with a strong interest in computational design and machine learning.Shivsanthosh has contributed to the structural design of over 20 cold-formed steel luxury homes and developed structural plans for residential buildings using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).
He has also led retrofit projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Experienced with a wide range of materials—including wood, concrete, and steel—he is proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit, Robot Structural Analysis, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD. His work is grounded in a thorough understanding of design codes including NBCC 2020, CSA S16, CSA S136, and A23.3.
Structural Drafter -
Jainil Jadiya
Jainil has over three years of professional experience as an Intermediate Structural Draftsperson. He excels in collaborating with engineers and fellow drafters to produce accurate, efficient design solutions across a diverse range of projects.
His versatile skill set supports both reinforced steel concrete detailing and conventional structural design. He consistently creates high-quality drawings for our clients. Jainil’s core competencies include conventional steel detailing, detailed foundation plans and sections, and steel connection details. His contributions are integral to maintaining the overall success of our projects.
Architectural Drafter -
Golsa Vatanpoor
Golsa has 3 years of architectural and structural drafting experience, coupled with in-depth knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC), Her expertise is integral to DelCor’s success, with her primary responsibilities including the development of grading plans, site plan designs, and building designs—ensuring each project is executed with precision and in full adherence to all regulatory requirements.
